Marie-Louise Anhalt – “Aether Art”

Arts Prescott Cooperative Gallery is excited to present the consciousness elevating artwork of our guest artist Marie-Louise Anhalt!
About the artist:
Marie-Louise Anhalt was born in Canada and now lives near Prescott, Arizona. She has created her own art style called “Aether Art”. Her chosen tool is the computer; for her a tool more versatile than the traditional tools of the artist. She was the founder of the Aether Art club on Fine Art America which is now being administered by a member of the club so Marie-Louise can devote all her energies to her expression of Aether Art. Many are moved by her series titled “Elevating Consciousness.”
This awakening to Aether Art is best expressed in her own words: “While living in Europe, the influences of the great masters awakened the desire to express myself through art. I create digital images and then embellish them with acrylic paint to bring about a one-of-a-kind piece of art that expresses the uniqueness of a subject. The world is a variety of images and I am driven to express the world as a limitless source of subjects to explore; from classical art to modern abstraction.”
Meet the artist on Friday, August 28 with an Art Walk reception for Marie-Louise on Prescott’s 4th Friday Art walk from 5 to 8pm (end time subject to change…).
Refreshments will be served (Covid-19 approved!).
The show runs from August 28 through September 23.
The gallery is open daily from 10am – 5pm. Hand sanitizer available / FACE MASKS are required at this time for the safety of our artists and community while we follow recommended guidelines.
